Warranty Info:

Cikada provides a Warranty for the parts listed below:

  • Suspension Fork: 2 years
  • Electronics (excluding battery): 2 years
  • Battery: Up to 600 charges or 2 years, whichever comes first
  • Accessories: 1 year
  • All other non-wearing components: 2 years

Terms and Conditions

This Warranty is only applicable to products purchased directly from Cikada or through Cikada authorized resellers. The owner must provide proof of purchase or have completed warranty registration with Cikada for the warranty to apply.

  • Original Owner: Only the first registration from the original owner of the Cikada product is covered by this Warranty. The Warranty Period begins upon receipt of the product and ends after two years of ownership.
  • Tampering: Tampering with the product can void the warranty and render the bike non-compliant with applicable laws and regulations. To ensure safety, quality, and reliability, use only original parts or Cikada authorized replacements for repair and replacement. Cikada is not responsible for any direct, incidental, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses due to tampering.

Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover:

  • Consumables or normal wear and tear on parts such as tires, rims, spokes, wheel hubs, chains, brakes, cables, grips, headsets, and pedals where there are no assembly or material defects.
  • Damage or defects to covered components resulting from failure to follow instructions in the product owner’s manual, misuse, personal modification, improper assembly, improper installation, operator fault, water or sweat corrosion, unsanctioned riding, stunt riding, or improper maintenance.
  • Any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts.
  • Power surges, improper charger use, improper maintenance, or other such misuse, normal wear, or sweat or water damage may damage the battery. The battery is guaranteed to last around 600 recharges within the two-year period.

Shipping Damage

Cikada will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages during shipping. Damage to a covered component during shipping is not covered by this Warranty. The customer is responsible for checking for any damage during shipment, transportation, and delivery of the E-bike upon receipt.
